GIJ accepts returns or exchanges within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date.
To qualify for a refund or an exchange, any items returned must be in new condition and must not have been previously used. Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges. To return an item, please include a copy of your invoice and send to:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email a photograph of the damaged item to us at email@example.com. Upon approval, we will replace the item free of charge. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a credit for the value of that item, to be used within one year of issue.
